This free database is hosted by the U.S. National Library of Medicine covering teratology and other aspects of developmental and reproductive toxicology with references dating back to the 1900s. Some meeting abstracts and non-Medline literature were historically included in DART, but new citations come only from PubMed. DART uses a search profile to retrieve citations from PubMed. It has a mobile friendly site. Search results are displayed in relevancy ranked order, but may be sorted by publication date, author, title, or entry month..

This site offers brief, evidence-based information on drugs for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Organized in consumer-friendly sections ("pregnancy," "breastfeeding," "depression," "nausea," etc.) and written in consumer-friendly language, each entry covers pharmacologic treatments for a disease state and potential problems for pregnant or lactating women, and includes scholarly references for further research. It can also be searched by generic or brand name. Supported by the InfantRisk Center at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.

A peer-reviewed and fully referenced database of fact sheets on drugs and substances to which breastfeeding mothers be exposed. Among the data included are maternal and infant levels of drugs, possible effects on breastfed infants and on lactation, and alternate drugs to consider. Each fact sheet includes references to literature.
